Digital Glue Spreading Machine for Engineered Wood Flooring
This digital glue spreading machine is designed specifically for engineered wood flooring production. It ensures controlled, uniform adhesive application prior to cold lamination, supporting consistent bonding quality across varying board dimensions.

Purpose-Built for Engineered Wood Flooring Lamination
In engineered wood flooring production, consistent glue application is critical for reliable lamination results. This machine is designed to apply adhesive evenly across the flooring core, preparing boards for pressing while minimizing variation caused by board thickness, width, or surface condition.
Key Functional Features
Fully Digital and Self-Configuring Operation
The machine operates as a fully digital, robotised system. By entering board dimensions and production parameters via the touchscreen interface, the machine automatically configures application settings without manual mechanical adjustments or operator-dependent tuning.
Digital Glue Application Control
Glue application quantity is digitally controlled and adjustable in grams per square meter (g/m²). Application quality is further defined by digitally controlled application roller pressure to the flooring core, allowing precise and repeatable glue transfer across varying board dimensions.
Designed for Continuous Production
The machine is designed for stable operation in engineered wood flooring production lines. Fully digital setup and automated configuration support continuous workflow between surface preparation and cold lamination pressing stages, reducing unnecessary handling.

Surface Preparation Before Glue Application
Before glue application, the flooring core passes through upper and lower dedusting brushes that remove loose particles from previous processing stages. This step prepares the surface for controlled adhesive spreading and supports stable lamination conditions downstream.

Controlled Glue Application
After surface preparation, adhesive is applied to the flooring core by the application roller. Glue application quantity is digitally defined and adjustable in grams per square meter (g/m²), allowing precise control of adhesive consumption according to board dimensions and production requirements.
Integration with Cold Lamination Presses
The glue spreading machine is designed to operate as part of a cold lamination workflow for engineered wood flooring production. When combined with compatible cold lamination presses, it supports coordinated material flow and efficient preparation for pressing.
Different integration configurations are available depending on production requirements and desired output.
Glue Spreader Integration Options
The glue spreading machine can be integrated with cold lamination presses in different configurations, depending on production requirements and desired output.
In a single glue spreader configuration, one glue spreading machine is shared between both sides of the press. The glue spreader is mounted on a rail system, allowing it to be repositioned from one side of the press to the other as needed during production.
For higher output requirements, the press can be equipped with two glue spreading machines, one on each side of the press. This configuration enables continuous and independent operation on both sides, supporting increased production capacity.
